- The MDTC will join the PERATON Supply Chain Contract effective July 1, 2023.
BIONIC
In partnership with the BSU Department of Technology and Security (DTS), the MCBSU established an innovation center to perform research and development projects aimed at countering misinformation, disinformation and associated negative consequences.

Cyber Defense System Information Security (CDIS) Consortium
The Cyber Defense System Information Security (CDIS) Consortium delivers full-spectrum cybersecurity, financial information services, and compliance support to federal, state, and commercial clients. Our consortium partners provide end-to-end security consulting, penetration testing, continuous diagnostic and mitigation (CDM), operational technology security, financial auditing, and cloud security compliance across FedRAMP, NIST, SOC 2, FISMA, CMMC, and other federal regulatory frameworks.
Mentor Protégé Program (MPP)
The Maryland Center leverages its Department of Defense Mentor-Protégé credential to guide small businesses through the federal contracting process. We provide strategic mentorship, business development support, and technical assistance to help emerging firms navigate government procurement, build capacity, and secure federal contracts. Our track record includes successful protégé advancement across construction, IT, cybersecurity, and professional services sectors.
